Ok This may have been a topic but I am way to lazy to look for it atm. If it is there some where post a link or somthing but my questions is that can you move your skills points around as much as you like on your RPG cha and not have them lock? Just want me make sure would be bad to find out other wise.

I don't know what you mean by lock, and you can't "rearange" skill points. So I'm assuming you meant attribute points. You can only move them around 24 times in one sitting. Then you'll have to gain exp to get the 24 refund points back.

I'm afraid I don't understand your question so I'll answer it 2 ways.

A: You have unlimited skill points even after you hit level 20 you'll get a skill point everytime you get a certain amount of exp.

B: Attribute points have refund points which can be used to reverse the effect of using them, refund points also are unlimited and replenesh with EXP.

Skill Points

I only have 8 at the moment and wondering how I get more besides doing missions, I know you get 1 for completing a mission thanks.

do quests for a skill reward rather than spending a skill point on it

you get one when you level also
